Job Description

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. Reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in coordinating the execution of inspections, servicing & maintenance of lifeboats, rescue boats, hooks, davits & winches, fire-fighting equipment and lifting appliances, and providing support to Service Engineers.

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate execution of service jobs onboard vessels and offshore installations
  • Provide first line of support to Service Engineers during job execution
  • Debrief service engineers and prepare follow-up document if required
  • Assist project/sales to carry out order contracts and service works
  • Ensure that any feedbacks from Service Engineers are handled and conveyed
  • Follow up external and internal orders according to the work instructions
  • Carry out all tasks in conformity with the company strategies and goals as described
  • Collaborate with the Sales Managers to ensure that projects are carried out according to applicable procedure
  • Ensure that service reports, documents and certificates are registered properly
  • Ensure that all projects are invoiced and closed promptly

Personal qualities and skills

  • Minimum 2-year experience in service coordination or customer service or administration, prior experience in marine, offshore &/or oil & gas industries will be an added advantage
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC
  • Excellent attitude towards learning with an open mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
